Hi, I am a happy user of kdiff3 since several years, but lately after installing Ubuntu 16.04, it is nearly impossible to load two huge files for a diff. With huge files I mean 50Mb each or so. It takes more than a minute or so, and it used to take just a few seconds. I tried to build an older version, but got qmake: could not exec '/usr/lib/x86_64-linux-gnu/qt4/bin/qmake': No such file or directory I am not sure exactly what package to install, it seems qt4 is missing or something. I am however also hesitant to try further with building a version that is so many years old... Any help to get my old wonderful tool back would be much appreciated! /Jonas |
