[Kdiff3-user] new command line options

For the recently added "Skip directory status report" and "Unfold
subdirectories".

Maybe adding command line options would be too much clutter, but I
often want to keep the old default behavior for normal use and while
always enabling these two features when running kdiff3 from a VCS.
This would be much easier with command line options.

Another possibility is to save, alter, and restore the user
directory diff settings when calling from a VCS, but this would
be clumsy. Is there a better option?
