[Kdiff3-user] Inserting tab character into embedded editor

Hello,



Silly question... how do I insert a tab character into the embedded

editor?



I'm doing a three-way merge and when I push the "tab" button in the

editor, the GUI focus shifts away instead of a tab character being

inserted. I've checked the configuration options and the menu for

tab-related or external editor settings, but I've not found another way

except for cut-and-pasting the tab character...



By the way, thanks for KDiff3 – the visual aspect makes merging a whole

lot easier and less confusing!
