[Kdiff3-user] directory merge without filescan

Hi,

I use kdiff3 (on a windows PC) for directory merge.
I use it to merge now and then two 
rather big "libraries" containing
pdf and djvu files.

I am under the impression that
it still scans contents of files
which takes time.

Is it possible to just let it work with filenames, i.e.
that it assumes that two files are the same when
they have the same name?

Of course such a program would be very
easy to write, but I don't want to waste time
programming, maybe kdiff3 can just do it.
