[Kdiff3-user] windows ver: erratic behavior when mem is low

running kdiff3 0.9.92 on windows 2000 sp4, when available ram
is low kdiff3 sometimes behaves so erratically that i need to
kill the process.

interestingly, i think there might be some correlation to
running multiple instances of kdiff3.

sorry i don't have time (in this moment) to do more testing to
isolate and describe in more detail exactly what's happening.

maybe this brief report will be helpful in some way to someone
else who's seen the same behavior.
