[Kdiff3-user] Kdiff3 doesn't ignore -u at its first use

Hello Joachim,

I found my real problem about options which are not ignored (KDiff3: 
0.9.92 - KDE: 3.5.7-1.fc6 Fedora - Qt: 3.3.8).

In fact, options which are ignored seems to be stored in ~/.kdiff3rc. 
But, for a virgin account, this file doesn't exist. So, the first time 
kdiff3 is used, it doesn't ignore -u. Kdiff3 must be launched once to 
create this file.

But, I must admit it's a very minor problem...
