To my regrets, no. It took me a few days to go through all that, and
it would take a significant part of that time to go through it again
to record all problems I encountered. As we are here working under
very high time pressure at the moment (and for another few months),
spending that time is simply not possible now and for the near future.

Unfortunately my memory is also not helpful since I did the kdiff3
installation three months ago.

I am very sorry about that, but I'm really not able to help right now.

I can, however, provide the kdiff3 binary I have been able to produce
to the list members, if you don't mind.
