KDiff3 saves the size and position where it was placed when closing and restores these on restart. But when you maximize the window then this special state isn't saved. (Also because this "Maximized" state is not available on most Linux-windowmanagers.) But we could also try to save this "Maximized" state. As for screens: You seem to have more than one. So far I didn't consider this. It might be possible to also save the screen where KDiff3 should be restored. Would this be wanted? Your idea to start with a "normal" (not fullscreen?) size, probably wouldn't suit other users. Cheers, Joachim |
