#159 hide startup selecting file dialog

I use kdiff3 more to compare data from clipboard, because I copy and paste data from another application. So, for me it would be much more handy if kdiff3 didn't show selecting file dialog. It would be cool if I could configure (in configuration window) necessity of appearance the selecting file dialog.
