#148 Provide Windows binaries as zip or 7z without installer

I don't like installers (many of them do things I don't want or don't need). Since KDiff3 could work if it's simply copied to the PC, the Windows binaries should be provided without installer as zip or 7z files.

Win7-64, KDiff3-64 0.9.98
