Hi,
I wanted to upgrate from version 0.9.97

OS: Win7 64 bits Family premium

On install KDiff3-64bit-Setup_0.9.98-2.exe no error.
When trying to run: "missing libgcc_s_seh-1.dll"

Re-installing and running is OK with KDiff3-64bit-Setup_0.9.97.exe

FYI. The 32bits version leads to error 404 not found
