I have many directories with many files, when comparing manually (the context feature to do so appears broken) the displays the results, but when i try to copy differences from one directory to the other it fails, it appears it fails on 0 byte files, it won't create them to resolve the differences, in UNIX this would be the same as "touch" and "chown".

(Can't edit submitted bug reports).
(Darn, can't delete Posts either ...). Appears to be a "Line and End Style" conflict, when i choose DOS (i'm on MS Windows 7) KDiff3 crashes stating in a pop-up "Program Error This should never happen: mergeResultSaved: m_pMFI=0 If you know how to reproduce this, please contact the program author."
So, for the next test i added the word "test" into the 0 byte file and saved it as text.txt.orig and re-ran the comparison (manually, since context menu won't work), this time i was forced to choose (chose DOS) encoding for a 0 byte file and it merged apparently, but the new twst file that was not zero bytes would not merge, see .png attached.
