#203 GUI Comparison Status Bar says 0% always

The pop-up comparison status window has two bars (which for other very good reasons should not be a pop-up at all), but the top bar will not show progress during directory compares, it stays empty and at 0% till the comparison are done, though progress is denoted by text. The Progress bar for individual file comparisons is working, it shows green from left-to-right as it goes along. This would be great to fix so we have a reason to look at status (both bars).
