#199 KDiff3 0.9.98-2 x64: missing libgcc_s_seh-1.dll

I upgraded KDiff3 0.9.97 x64 (worked fine) on Win7 x64 to 0.9.98-2 x64. When I start KDiff3, I get the error that libgcc_s_seh-1.dll cannot be found.
If I copy this file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\KDiff3\bin" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\KDiff3" and start KDiff3, now the file libwinpthread-1.dll is missing. If I also copy this file from "C:\Program Files (x86)\KDiff3\bin" to "C:\Program Files (x86)\KDiff3" and start KDiff3, now libstdc++-6.dll is missing...

What further info do you need?
