#100 Custom shortcuts not saved

When I set custom shortcuts / keybindings, they're not saved for my next kdiff3 session.

My ~/kde/share/apps/kdiff3/kdiff3_shell.rc is a 0-length file.

I've tried to poke through the code, but having never worked on any KDE app, I ended up thoroughly lost. :) Maybe I've got some permissions problems or something else preventing just me from saving them.

I compiled 0.9.92 from source, installed it in my ~/local directory as I don't have root access on the Fedora 7 system I'm using.

If it does save for other people (or not), could you please give me the format of the rc text I can use to manually put my shortcuts into the kdiff3_shell.rc, or whichever file they should go into?
