#8 Unsupported MDLM descriptors

I'm trying to sync my sl5600 with KDE using the KDI Pim
software. I've downloaded and installed all necessary
files for my Z (including openssl for the OK/Pi). But,
when I connect my Z to my linux machine (which has
Fedora Core 4 on it), I get the following error:

usb 5-1: new full speed USB device using uhci_hcd and
address 11
usb 5-1: unsupported MDLM descriptors

How do I fix this MDLM descriptors problem? I am trying
to follow the instructions found here:

http://www.pi-sync.net/html/kde_sync_howto.html

I'm assuming that since someone has successfully
connected a Z to a linux machine in order to get KDE to
sync with the Z, I'm missing some piece of software?

Any information will be useful.

Thanks,
Sarah
