#155 Pi-Sync does not handle multiple calendar files correctly

When KO/PI uses multiple calendar files, Pi-Sync
between an XP version and the Zaurus version writes
new entries from the source device always into
the "Standard" calendar of the target device,
regardless in which calendar the item is stored on
the source device.
