Hi, I have committed the changes I have been making over the last weeks to cvs. I am almost but not quite in a position to start doing regular devopment again - all I need is a network cable so I can connect my laptop to my home pc and update/commit to cvs regularly :-) Almost all of the changes are bug fixes and tweaks - in particular, there is now some level of support for displaying errors when you try and load an unrecognised file, or if you try to perform operations when no renderer has been found. As far as I know, there are no critical (i.e. where kdenlive crashes) bugs. Rolf asked me if I would release a new version, since a number of compile time issues have been sorted out. I was going to do that this weekend, but after looking at kdenlive, I think there are too many unfinished features at the moment, which either need hiding or finishing. In the case of effects, etc. they will be hidden :-) But I would like to tidy up the monitors before releasing an updated version. I want to : - get inpoints/outpoint on the monitors working correctly. At the moment, I have added the markers to the monitor ruler, but they are non-functional. - keyboard shortcuts. I'll see if I have time to get this done by next week, and if I do, I will release a version 0.2.2 then to sync with piave 0.2.2 Cheers, Jason -- Jason Wood Homepage : www.uchian.pwp.blueyonder.co.uk |
