It seems that we can only distribute the translation electronically (at
least not in a printed form) as David said. To my mind, this is not an
issue since the translation is aimed at providing a comfortable way of
reading the book to french readers.
Then i think that, once the book completely translated, the owner of the
copyright (simon & shuster macmillan i guess) could see that the
translation is great and then print the translated version of the book.
Briefly, since the terms of the open publication license seem pretty
clear, let's make a good translation and make sms think a printed
version could be a good idea.
