[Kde20devel-translators] beginning of the translation

Hello again,

I plan to begin the translation of one chapter. But i didn't receive any 
feedbak from the mailing list : i don't know if someone is translating 
something for the french readers Could you tell me something about it and the 
activity of the mailing list. Could you give me some piece of advice about 
the tools and method i shoud use to translate ? I plan to translate word by 
word the source code (xml) of the book by replacing just the english content 
with french content, not the xml tags. Then i would use docbook and jade as 
described in the makefile to view the results, since i have docbook and jade. 
installed Is it a good choice ?
As for the mailing list too, i noticed that it is not hosted on the same 
server anymore (maybe i missed something).
