Automake parser barfs on SUBDIRS

Using Eclipse 3.1 and CDT 3.0 with the 9th October java
binaries, it is impossible to create a sub-
project/directory with the name "include" - the parser of
the Makefile.am throws "expected newline, found
include".
This fault also applies to SUBDIRS with any recognised
keywords in, such as c++_utils, this fails as it matches
the "+" token and then the parser falls over.
Always repeatable, just try to create a subdirectory
called include, and the automake manager will try to ad
this to the project, then it will try to re-parse the
Makefile.am, and falls over.
