[kceasy-localization] Translations for KCeasy 0.14

Hello all,

I have updated all current translations for KCeasy 0.14 and put them
at http://www.kceasy.com/misc/kceasy-0.14-rc3-translate.zip . If you
are one of the original translators please update your language and
send me the default.po.

I have made a new release candidate so you can test your changes. It
is available at
http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kceasy/kceasy-0.14-rc3-setup.exe?download .
I have not publicized it on the kceasy page because I intent to
release the final version as early as next weekend.

I guess I have to set a deadline for the translations if I ever want
to release 0.14 :)

So I will release KCeasy 0.14 next friday (2004-12-03). All new
translations I have by then will be included. For other languages the
old translations will be used and users will have to live with a
native/english mix.
