#61 Unicode is wrongly decoded in Non-English filenames (hebrew)

Hello,

I'm using KCeasy 0.15-rc5 + giFT FastTrack 0.8.9 on WinXP w/ SP2.

When i download any file that Contains Non-English Characters (like a few Songs of the artist "Glykeria", for eg.), the Non-Eng. Chars. turn into blocks that resemble Unicode UTF-8 (like "%fe%fe%f2%e5%fa%f7 %f9%ec Glykeria - Scharchoret.mp3", for eg.).

so It seem that Unicode is wrongly or just partially decoded (only tested with Hebrew filenames).

is there anything i assist in to hasten the fixing of this issue ?
