[Kcd-devel] dis cmd on ia64 - seems to work with BFD_VERSION "2.11.2" (Brooken with Version "2.10.91.0.2" found in RedHat 7.2

The lcrash dis cmd wasn't working on ia64 with the current libutils 

	BFD_VERSION  "2.10.91.0.2". 

I installed the latest version:

	BFD_VERSION  "2.11.2"

and after a bit of fussing with the the get_bfd_version.c cmd found that it's working fine.
