#23 kbx.tcl 0.48 two download issues

Hi René,

this is my first try on a Centos 6.5 64 bit host with kbs.tcl 0.48 - big fun and magic !.
I suppose the following things you already know...

a) sdx.kit is not any more on google code

I don't know where it is now, Auricoulous has set-up a fossil but I did not find the kit itself.

So I uncommented the load and put it manually in the bin folder:
Then I commented out in kbs.tcl: 2362-2364:

Package sdx.kit {
  #Source {Wget http://tclkit.googlecode.com/files/sdx-20110317.kit}
  #Configure {}
  #Install {file copy -force [Get srcdir]/sdx-20110317.kit [Get builddir]/bin/sdx.kit}
} 

b) you provided the download for vqtcl4.1, so change this in kbs.tcl line 2796:

Package vqtcl4.1 {
  Source {Wget http://prdownloads.sourceforge.net/kbskit/files/vqtcl4.1.tgz}
}
