b) TclVFS package is out of date.

Latest appears to be 1.5.5

c) It appears that --enable-64bit does not work on windows? The vfs package fails to build with this flag set. mingw64 fails without the --enable-64bit flag. I am trying mingw32 now.

Img 1.4.6 is in 0.4.9 now. 64 bit still open.
