#20 Sub categories of private category are open

When creating a category and marking it private, any subcategories should inherit the private setting of parent.

Currently each sub category of a private parent category must be individually marked private.

Not only is this tedious but it is counter intuitive and prone to error.

    Actually, further to this, a "hidden if private and not logged in" flag would be good too.

    No it doesn't, I can demonstrate it here http://www.Hinternet.com.au/kb

    Notice there is a folder called "Private", go in there and you will see a folder called "email" that I have unlocked. The articles in that folder are accessible even though its parent is locked.

    Right. I meant you need manually change status (private/not private) for each category
