This is a minor release - some annoying bugs have been fixed, some minor features have been added or improved upon.

This is a stable KBOX release after the 1.01beta version released last week.
The main changes of this release is that fixing a bug when forwarding events and updating the quick start with more detail to help people to use kbox.
