Maybe an identifier... there are probably more ways to specify accounts than

I sense facetiousness... I'm fond of the bubbles myself... 

The XML as a description is to allow some flexibility in how the software 
defines the account, without requiring changes to the columns of the table... 
there may be a better way to do that... any suggestions?
