When the user selects "View All Users", a significant
portion of the support menu becomes inaccessible
which makes it impossible to navigate anywhere else.
1. Login
2. Click "View All Users" under Administrative
3. The support menu lost many of its options.

Can you reproduce this regularly? Does it seem like it was
the session timeout problem?

I think this is either fixed or it is a session timeout problem.
