#35 CEST time failed

I installed K-Bear successfully under RH 9.0 and I
appreciated this nice product.

I'm Italian then our time is GMT +2 (legal hour).

Just I connect on my remote server via ftp (RH shell) if I
issue the command:
ls -la

i see the correct hour. If I use dreamweaver (under
windows) I see the correct hour (the same of my linux
client).

But I cannot sincronize correctly because If I use K-Bear
the remote hour is always set to GMT.

Bug or not?!?
