How should I go about debugging a "Could not create" directory error?
The command line ftp client (I was unable to find a version) also does 
not work but the web interface that the ftp site (tripod.com) does work.

The name "pics_Winterlude_2001_files" did not work but
"pics_Winterlude_2001_file" did.

Is there a length of file name limit in ftp?
