#44 IPv6 protocol support by RFC2428

As IPv6 protocol is growing quite fast, there is not good
graphical IPv6-capable client for Linux. It would be nice
feature by that rfc -

KBear already support these functions :)
In the Advanced settings for a site in the sitemenager youo can
specify if you
want to use EPSV or not, EPRT is automatically used in port mode if
suppoerted by the server.
