#43 Resume Transfers

Hi all !

First, thanks for this very cool software.

Before using KBear, I was using GFTP (very cool
software too), when I realised KBear was a kind of GFTP
for KDE (the interface is quite similar), I decided tu use
KBear intead of GFTP (since I'm using KDE).

But today, I tryed to resume an upload (on a friend's
FTP) with KBear but I haven't found how to do...
So I've returned back using GFTP for this transfer. (GFTP
was able to ask me if I wanted to resume the file)

I think the ability to resume transfers would be an
interesting feature to add to KBear.
