#31 Need file character set recoding

It would be useful to select character set of filenames.
For example, It's quite often situation in Russia (at
home LANs) to see cp1251 characters in windows ftp
servers and koi8-r X-locale at desktop.

This is already available in kbear 2.1 in the
sitemanager/advanced settings. Not fully functionally though.
Hopefully this will be improved for the next release
