I found KBear hard to use for normal file transferring tasks (from remote site to user specified directory in local file system):

1) Local file system is not always visible (needs to be searched from Settings -> Show Your Local Filesystem).
Also, showing home directory icon in remote site window gives impression that pressing it will cause user's home directory appear (in separate window), which is not true.

2)Selecting many items from tree transfer window is impossible, user needs to select directory and those items from subwindow. This needs to be similar as Konqueror 3.1.0 tree-view, where single file items are also shown in tree and user can select them.

3) After disconnect or after failure to load directories it's impossible to remove (stuck) uploads, user needs to exit the program to remove them (or at least I didn't figure out how to remove hanged uploads which won't continue). Also those seem to block new transfers.

4) MDI Mode -> Child Frame mode: After playing around with window controls for minimize/maximize, user can't select again "tile vertically" to get them to fixed place if that is already selected.

5) In some rare cases I managed to remove scrollbar when there are file entries outside the view. Minimizing window and then bringing it back made scrollbar again visible.

Cheers,
