#21 make site manager icon pop up site list

It would be great if that site manager tray icon popped up
that list of sites to connect to. It would save me lots of time.
I envision something like a left click brings up the list of ftp
sites in a pulldown menu, just like when you click on "site
manager" inside of kbear.
