Ok so i compiled everything in centos 5.3 x86_64 and all works... In skype i have all the things.. *Sound In, Sound out, and Ringing* set to VOIP USB Phone (hw:default,0).. Theirs an option called VOIP USB Phone (plughw:default,0), no clue what it does...
And controlled application is skype
and b2k mode is USB
and In my tell box I have the phone line pluged in to the tel thing...
When i make / recive a call I can hear it on the phone but their is no voice out...

can you post the output of

I think I used plughw under centos
