A next release of Kaylo will most probably feature a doxygen config file parser, so that doxygen files can be re-used to run Kaylo.
The version that is on the CVS uses an XML configuration file now.
I will make a new release (v0.2) one of these days.
We will probably be using XML for configuration in the next release. To assure portability and independence of other libraries (to ease the burden on those who want to compile the source), I have written my own XML parser.
The tarball that was released for version 0.1 appeared to be missing some source files. I've removed the tarball and will release one when version 0.2 goes up.
A short help document was submitted, that explains how to use Kaylo.
Kenny Moens was added to the project as team member. His exact responsibilities are yet to be determined...
This is the first news entry for the Kaylo project. I currently have a working version of Kaylo for windows, but since it's highly portable, I'll have one for linux as well, soon.
As soon as the CVS and SHELL go up, I will start creating a website, documentation, and source and binaries.
Kaylo is a tool for counting lines of code. It is designed for C++, but will also work with C, php, Java and derivates thereof.
