#32 Put imageurl in its own column

The whole "hack insert" and "hack strip" stuff has to go. We need to put imageurls in their own column in the message database. Anything else is stupid. We could sort through all the old messages and extract <center><img src=""> etc. lines, but that would take forever. probably just make it so the edit notices an old imageurl and puts it in the ijmageurl column automatically (unless there is already something there).
