kassiope is a tool for developing business applications in LAMP-/WAMP-technology. It is designed to be a repository-based code-generator. In the current version v0.10b it is a framework that simplifies development of business applications.

These are the main features applications developed with kassiope will show:

Independence of platform
Independence of database
Performance: only HTML-pages will be transferred from server to client
Maintainability: all parts of kassiope will be written in PHP
Stability: the greatest part of an application will be generated by an often tested generator
Multilingualism:
Restart-ability: at a restart after a not normal termination the same program is presented to the user in the same state, as she/he left it
