[Karrigell-main] Include() in the CVS Version

Hello,

	I noticed a significant change in the functionality of Include() from 
the current version and the one I recently checked out from CVS. It is 
not a big deal, I am just more concerned if anyone is using this and 
decides to upgrade and finds out there solution inconspicuously doesn't 
work ...

	When one would Include() a file, the namespace for the calling page 
would be the same for the included document.
In the CVS version, this is not the case - you need to explicitly pass 
variables into Include() to include the "top-level" variables into the 
included page's namespace or else it will produce NameError exceptions.

	I am guessing this has something to do with the new Template.py.

	As said, it is not a terribly big deal. I personally liked it the 
earlier way, since it was more intuitive, but if this was planned, I'll 
live with it. I am going to finish an upgrade to the new CVS version 
once I get the bugs out of my application ... then I am going to get to 
employing the removeModules code into Template.py and Karrigell.py.
