#14 Tool to show current color palette and allow palette swap.

The color palette and size of an image are fixed by CD+G format and the color changes that have happened before a point in time, so please add a tool that lets the user edit an image within these restrictions, or add to the "Add Image" feature a way to pick the color palette immediately before the image through a color chooser that shows the whole palette with a preview of the image, and when the user is finished adjusting how the image appears, they click OK and it inserts color change commands as well as the image, and possibly commands to revert the color palette back when the image off screen.
