I have two timing issues:

(1) Singers need to see the word change colour just before they sing it. If they don't see the word change colour, and they don't know the song that well, they sometimes hesitate and screw up the song. So I want each compilation to be 100-200ms ahead of the actual time.

(2) I'm playing back CDGs in WinAMP. The CDG playback module which has a compensatory glitch of time x 1.00466 in its settings - this works for all CDGs except those created in KarLyricEditor.

I can deal with both of these issues using the "Time Adjustment" feature, but it's a procedure that has become a bit of a ritual, and is prone to introducing mistakes.

So to export to CDG, I click save, Edit -> Time Adjustment, subtract 150ms and then multiply by 1.00466, export, and then click "New Project", "Yes I'm Sure", "No, don't save", because if I have to correct a line later, I'd be correcting the adjusted times, which are not the actual times of the song.

For video,I click save, Edit -> Time Adjustment,, subtract 150ms, export, and then click "New Project", "Yes I'm Sure", "No, don't save".

Either way it's a lot of clicks.

So it would be nice if in the Settings -> Application Preferences there were a "Global Timing Adjustment" that would remember these settings (one set of settings for CDG and one for video) and automatically compile these adjustments into the export without affecting the values in the edit window.
