#11 Remember Video Parameters from last time

When exporting to video, it would be nice if it remembered the video settings from the last compile, especially "Video Encoding Parameters", and "Colors".

It would also be nice if the "Output file" was auto-suggested as the music file name trunk followed by the relevant extension for the type of video file chosen.
