#28 Title window parameters ; Created by: field doesn't save.

Unlike most other settings, the field next to the Created by: label on the Specify CDG parameters dialog (export CDG) does not save its setting. Being able to change this to not be an ad for the software allows the software to be used for professional purposes like selling new CD+Gs, for those who have Registered, but having to paste in a string of my choice every time is easy to forget.
