#10 Lyric import defaults to Chinese Big-5 encoding

The first time I ran karlyriceditor version 1.1, I was surprised to see that the default text encoding when importing an Ultrastar file is Chinese Big-5. While this is easily fixed by the user, it is a bad default. A sane default would be either UTF-8 or ASCII. Even better would be if karlyriceditor detected the user's language preferences by checking the "LANG" environment variable. Best of all would be if the encoding of each individual file was automatically detected, ala file(1).
