#185 2 databases fail import checks

The following issue was seen with a local-compiled Java version (Java 0.4, compiled for Java 8):
Scenario:

• read all databases from karatasi-spieldaten
  Expected behaviour: reads and imports all selected databases
  Observed behaviour: 2 databases fail the checks with errors:
  mobile-term and English / Czech.

The issue needs to be analysed. I am not aware that these databases were corrupt before.

• is the import check too strict?
• is this reproducible, or can it be an overload or race condition?
• find out which data were rejected - are they indeed weird?
