#172 Exception in file chooser with slow network drive

The following was seen with svn 2278 (Windows in virtual box on Apple):
- Import some databases from the VMSharedFolder
- select a database and the Export function
Expected behavior: the file chooser opens at the directory last used, that is the VMSharedFolder. It may take some time, as this is mounted as a network drive and not so fast.
Observed behavior: Wait several seconds (nothing happens). After this timeout it throws a FileNotFound exception (it cannot find the VMSharedFolder - for whatever reason), and opens the FileChooser dialog at the user's directory.
