The style sheets for the web (online) version of our manual don't work good with small devices like Android or iPhone. Especially the frame with the navigation items.
Maybe they should get a different style sheet ?

Details: 1) Android: the font is too small and hardly readable.
When I zoom, the left (navigation) frame grows and hides the right (content) frame.
However, with a bit juggling I succeeded to move the navigation frame to the right, then I can zoom into the content. So, maybe I just need to learn how to use this browser?
Still, sometimes it loads a content page, but more often the contents is clipped vertically.

2) iPhone: similar. The font is too small, hardly readable without zooming.
The right frame (content) is clipped vertically to one screenfull, I cannot browse down beyond.

This seems to be a general problem of Safari on IOS. I did tweak the style of the embedding scroll container. Fixed with svn3851.
